I was very honoured to win this year’s John Pochée Momentum Award

The John Pochée OAM Momentum Award, was set up by Shirley Pochée and the IWDF, to acknowledge established musicians that are not only an integral to their local scene but also long time contributors to the momentum of the Australian music scene. Each year 5 nominees from each state are be chosen by their peers being recognised as a vital part of the rich tapestry that makes up the Australian musical story. Through this award, we hope to inspire the recipient to continue their important journey within music and the community.
